Project

This plant is mainly used for the packaging and loading of bagged cement. Due to the need to expand production capacity, the original bagged cement loading machine cannot meet the requirements, and a larger lifting machine needs to be replaced. Therefore, this project is mainly to reinforce the workshop.


The factory has changed the owner many times, and the completion drawing of the project is also incomplete, lacking the size of the beam part and the amount of reinforcement, and the name of the beam on the existing construction drawing does not meet the current national standards. Therefore, the beam corresponding to the original code can only be calculated based on the actual measurement and load on the spot, and the follow-up reinforcement design should be carried out following the same principle of the safety reserve of the reinforcement and the original component.


Choice of reinforcement scheme

Reinforced concrete beams and reinforced concrete columns need to be reinforced after empirical calculation. During the strengthening construction period, if Party A requests to continue construction, the construction period shall be shortened as much as possible. In order to solve the problem of reinforcement of reinforced concrete beams, variable stress system reinforcement is widely used. The improvement of the reinforcement method of the stressed system is mainly to add a steel truss to the lower part of the original concrete beam. However, the steel frame will reduce the working space, and the deformation of the steel frame and the original beam is not coordinated, resulting in unreliable force transmission. The reinforcement effect may be lower than the design requirements, and the maintenance cost of the steel structure in the future is not small, so the plan was opposed by Party A. The second is the carbon fiber reinforcement method, which is a new technology. With the deepening of research, its technology has become increasingly perfect and its development has become quite mature. Carbon fiber reinforcement has the advantages of basically unchanged structural cross-section, simple construction, short construction period, and convenience for later maintenance. With the consent of Party A, carbon fiber reinforcement is adopted and the reinforcement plan is finalized.


Reinforced by dry-clad steel, the newly added section steel is connected with the foundation by planting reinforcement technology, the force transmission is clear, the required construction area is small, the reinforcement effect basically meets the design requirements, and does not affect the normal use of the plant. The final reinforced concrete column structure is determined .


Reinforcement design of normal section

In the reinforcement and repair of concrete structures, the method of pasting carbon fiber sheets should be used, and carbon fiber sheets, matching resin bonding materials and surface protection materials should be selected. The project uses HM-30 carbon fiber cloth produced by HORSE. In order to improve the use effect of carbon fiber cloth, but also to improve the shear resistance, the U-shaped hoop with a width of 100mm was finally fixed on the beam with a spacing of 200mm as an oblique section reinforcement. According to the actual situation of reinforcement members, U-shaped hoop is selected for shear reinforcement. According to the "Technical Regulations for Reinforcement and Repair of Carbon Fiber Boards for Concrete Structures", the U-shaped bonding form should be affixed with longitudinal carbon fiber board battens on the upper end of the concrete. This project uses carbon fiber strips with a length of 200 ram at the side ends of the U-shaped hoop as anchoring measures.


Precautions for construction of reinforcement works

The carbon fiber layer strengthens the frame beams and columns. When polishing the surface of the beams and columns, the mud and scum on the surface of the columns should be removed at ordinary times. Otherwise, the tie strength between the carbon fiber layer and the frame columns will be greatly reduced, and the reinforcement effect will be seriously reduced. Should avoid construction in rainy weather. Otherwise, due to the wrinkles and deformation of the carbon fiber cloth or the adverse effects of resin bonding, the reinforcement effect will usually be greatly reduced. To avoid improper and insufficient carbon fiber bonding, the thickness should be uniform during application.
