Increase The Load-bearing Capacity

This project is a laboratory. Party A needs to place heavy equipment in the building to enhance the bearing capacity of the floor slab. The construction scope includes the floor slab on the first floor and the reinforcement of local beam slabs on the second floor.

Construction methods

① Added laminated plate reinforcement;

② Concealed beam bottom bonded steel reinforcement;

③ The bottom of the beam is reinforced with carbon fiber sheet;

④ Beam-column joints are reinforced with carbon fiber sheet;

⑤ Slab-bonded carbon fiber sheet reinforcement;

⑥ New steel beam reinforcement at the bottom of the slab;
