The HM prestressed CFRP reinforcement system adopts the form of self locking anchorage: the anchorage system is in the state of greater tension and the greater the clamping force, avoiding the relative displacement between the clip and the carbon fiber strip, and thus clamping the carbon fiber plate to overcome the tension force. At the same time, as the clamp taper controls the reasonable value, the clamp does not cause the stress to be too concentrated in the process of clamping the carbon fiber strip, so that the carbon fiber strip is damaged. The clamp adopts the form of corrugated toothed anchor, which increases the friction coefficient between the clamp and the carbon fiber plate, so that the clamp can clamp the carbon fiber plate under the small pressure condition to avoid the crushing of the carbon fiber laminate.

  • The channel and clip of the anchorage adopt a reasonable angle of inclination, the angle of the tooth pattern, the depth of the tooth stripe and the length direction of the tooth stripe, so that the contact between the clip and the carbon fiber board is more closely and firmly, and the problem of sliding and splitting of the common carbon fiber plate during the tensioning process is overcome.


  • The anchor frame adopts integral stamping forming technology, with high overall strength, avoiding the insufficient strength and uneven distribution of weld stress.


  • The high precision line cutting process is adopted in the anchor block channel and clip. The error is within 0.1mm. The actual stress situation and the theoretical analysis are high, so that the tensile effect is guaranteed.


  • The clamp piece and the anchor block are formed by one cutting, and the anchor block and the clip number are corresponded one by one to achieve the best fitting degree and compatibility of the contact surface of the anchor block and the clip, so as to ensure the uniform force.


  • The split type design is used to separate and pack the parts, and the transportation is simple.


  • Using fixed anchor block and anchor frame, the influence of bending moment caused by eccentric tension eccentricity on the whole system is overcome.


  • The location of the anchor block is only slotted, the depth of grooving and the area of slotting are small, and the damage degree of the original component is reduced.


  • In the form of site installation, the cutting length of carbon fiber board can be adjusted flexibly according to the field conditions, so as to avoid the disadvantage that the one type anchorage can not change the length of carbon fiber board.


  • The installation of spare parts is simple. Apart from the anchor frame, anchor block and clip, all the other parts are standard parts. At the same time, all kinds of equipment needed for installation are provided, and the construction process is simplified.
