If the slope is caused by foundation, it needs to be repaired or reinforced.

8. when the culvert azimuth is not appropriate, the drainage has a bad effect on the surrounding environment, or the lack of drainage capacity causes the waterlogging, or the culvert carrying capacity is lack, and when the driving is not safe, it should be reformed.
