1. Concrete steel bars are prone to rust when exposed, so before repairing, we can use rust removers to remove the rust on the exposed steel bars on the surface of the concrete.

2. Remove the loose concrete on the surface until the base is hard and firm.

3. We use a high-pressure water gun to wash the concrete clean. The concrete should be kept moist but there should be no open water on the surface.

4. Fill the prepared cement mortar into the exposed reinforcement and compact and smooth it. Before the final setting of the cement, it should be leveled and polished.

5. Sprinkle water on the repaired area for maintenance, with a general maintenance time of 7 days.

6. If there are too many exposed steel bars in the concrete, it will affect the quality of the concrete. Everyone can chisel off the concrete and re cast the formwork to repair it.

After repair, carbon fiber plate and carbon fiber sheet can be pasted to increase strength. Like this project
