Kaiyuan Plaza is located in the commercial core area of Songjiang New Town. It consists of residences, single finely decorated apartments, five-star hotels and SHOPPINGMALL integrating shopping, dining, entertainment and leisure. In order to cooperate with the investment promotion work, the floor plan of the building needs to be rearranged. Most of them involve structural transformation. The section of the main beam is 850mm×400mm. It is not easy to change it casually, so the original structure needs to be reinforced. The positions of the two slope ladders in the large supermarket part need to be adjusted, the original reserved openings need to be closed, and other positions need to be re-opened, and they need to be completed in a relatively short period of time, which is the key and difficult point of the project. In addition, the internal space of large supermarkets is wide, the span of beams and slabs is large, the construction of general reinforcement technology is complex, the construction period is long, and the impact on the structure size and clear height is large, and the construction quality is not easy to be guaranteed, and regular maintenance in the later period is also difficult.
