Reinforced And Repaired Reservoir

The reservoir was built and put into use in 1970. The reservoir was constructed using reinforced concrete. Due to the long use time, the lack of management of the reservoir, and the quality control in the construction process, there are certain problems. Therefore, today's reservoirs are facing a series of problems and need to be reinforced before they can be put into use better. Pier and corbel reinforcement

The piers and corbels did not meet the specifications, but they could not be rebuilt directly. This would cause more construction costs and affect other reservoir structures. Therefore, after discussion, the use of carbon fiber wrap to reinforce the gate piers and corbels can not only meet safety regulations, but also save construction costs without affecting other structures. Reinforcement of beams and slabs of maintenance platform

Through the inspection of the beams and slabs of the inspection platform of the reservoir, it was found that the force-bearing situation was reduced, and there was a certain gap with the design specifications, so it needs to be strengthened in time. The reinforcement treatment method in this paper is: the selected carbon fiber wrap is double-layered, the width is 150mm, and the mass is every 300g/m3, and two carbon fiber wraps are arranged at the axis positions of the main beam and the secondary beam. However, the use of carbon fiber wrap in reservoir reinforcement can not only play a role in reinforcement, but also the construction is relatively simple, and the construction period will be shortened. It can also play a role in waterproofing and corrosion resistance, which can play a great role in the reservoir, because the reservoir is susceptible to water or other corrosive substances. The article uses carbon fiber wrap to reinforce a certain reservoir, and the reinforcement effect is better. The construction is relatively simple, but the construction process must be paid attention to. Only by knowing the precautions in the construction can the effect of carbon fiber wrap used in the reservoir reinforcement project be more obvious.
