The 51st Farm of the Twelfth Division of the Corps has a rectangular plan, six floors above the ground (underground one), brick-concrete structure, and a total construction area of 4974.35m2. After delivery, some residents reported that the roof of the house had cracks and the roof of the living room was deformed and warped. In order to ensure the safety of the main structure of the project, structural reinforcement design must be carried out. The structure reinforcement inspection center is designed to reinforce the partial cracked beams and plates with carbon fiber sheet.

The reinforcement material is a carbon fiber sheet with a specification of 300g/m2, a thickness of 0.167mm, and a modified epoxy resin adhesive. Its safety performance must meet the requirements of "Specification for Design of Reinforcement of Concrete Structures GB50367-2013" and "Technical Regulations for Reinforced Concrete Structures with Carbon Fiber Sheets CECS146:2003 (2007 Edition)". The construction started on June 10, 2016, and the materials used were unidirectional carbon fiber sheets and carbon fiber adhesives. The construction was completed on July 26 of the same year. The construction quality complies with the design and relevant regulations and passed the quality acceptance smoothly.
