Carbon fiber laminate reinforced industrial factory

1) For a 110mm wide T-beam, a 50mm wide and 3mm thick carbon plate is used. 2) For a span of 30m and the distribution of cracks, a 25m long carbon plate is used. 3) The tensile value of the prestressed carbon plate for the site disease is designed to be 1000MPa (15t).

Disease:

The beams and columns are cast-in-place frame members, and the slabs are precast prestressed concrete double T-slabs.

1) There are many cracks distributed on the T beams of the double T plate (the distance between cracks is 1m in the range of 10 meters across the middle, and the distance between cracks is 1.5m in the range of 10 meters at the beam end). The crack penetrates the bottom plate and extends 30-35 cm to the web, and the crack width is 1-2 mm wide.

2) The double T plate sinks as a whole, the deflection of the cracked T-beam span is about 30cm, and the deflection of the uncracked T-beam span is about 25cm.
