The Xihenghe Bridge is located on the Yanluo Expressway, with a total length of 1957.4m, a total width of 28.0m, and a span of 13 × (6 × 25) m

The problem with this bridge is that there are 24 vertical cracks with a width of 0.05-0.1mm and a total length of 21.04m

Design apartment decide to use prestressed carbon plates for reinforcement the bridge and limit the cracks and improve the strength.
