Project Overview

The construction building of this project is a 20-story office building with frame-shear structure. According to the requirements of the client, the construction of the negative 2 to 20 floors of the entire building is carried out according to the design reinforcement drawings. The main contents include projects such as column-clad steel, enlarged cross-section of beams and columns, carbon cloth pasted on the surface of the column beam, steel plate pasted on the beam surface, steel plate pasted on the shear wall, steel beam added to the bottom of the plate, and BRB seismic structure;

At the same time, the 19-story beam and slab components were removed, and the original 19th and 20th floors were merged into one layer to form a super large space with a ceiling height of 6.5 meters. This project is a typical case of comprehensive renovation of existing buildings and BRB reinforcement for seismic performance.

Difficulties and key points of construction technology

1. The construction building of this project is located in a crowded busy city. Not only concrete trucks and pump trucks cannot enter the site at the same time, but also the construction materials are transported in a single way. The materials are transported only by freight elevators, and the construction time is also limited. For this reason, our company urgently adjusted the division of labor to ensure that the material transportation speed will not affect the subsequent construction;

2. This project requires a large amount of steel. Due to the single transportation method, after communicating with the client and the design unit, it was decided to cut the large-volume steel first, transport it upstairs via the freight elevator, and then use the secondary welding machine for welding. The welds are inspected under the witness of the entrusting party, and the welds have reached the highest level;

3. There are many types of construction work involved on the site, and cross-operations between various types of work. Under the perfect construction plan and good management, it is ensured that each type of work does not interfere with each other.
