Main Beam Strengthened With Pre-stressed CFRP Strip

Use carbon fiber strip specifications: 1.4mm*100mm (thickness * width), the nominal ultimate tensile strength is 2400MPa, the length of the fiberstrip is 16m, and the tension control stress applied is 1200Mpa. The anchoring device corresponding to the prestressed carbon fiber strip anchoring system used provides a maximum anchoring force of 450.0KN.

The upper structure of the bridge is a 19-20m prefabricated T beam with a beam height of 130cm. The lower structure is a pile-column pier, the angle of intersection is 90°, and the width of the bridge: the right width is 9m driving lane + 2×0.5m anti-collision guardrail, the bridge is 380m in length, and the deck is paved with asphalt concrete. The bridge design load is -20 for cars and -100 for trailers.


The main work content of the whole bridge reinforcement: 2#, 3#, 4#, 5# beam web side support under the bridge to a quarter of the span to stick steel plate reinforcement, beam bottom stick carbon fiber plate reinforcement. The cross-parts of the whole bridge are reinforced with scissors and steel plates, cracks repaired on the whole bridge, mortar repaired on the whole bridge, the original bridge deck pavement is cut and redone, and road markings and signs are restored.
