Structural Reinforcement reason

Due to the long service life of the two buildings in the demonstration area, there are problems such as aging of concrete components. It was later leased by Beijing Yizhuang Smart City Collaborative Innovation Research Institute Co., Ltd., and it was reinforced and reconstructed, and it was planned to be put into use after renovation. Due to the changes in the building's partial use functions and the inherent hidden dangers of the concrete structure, it is necessary to strengthen the beams, slabs and columns of the building to increase the bearing capacity.

Structural reinforcement design

After inspection and appraisal by relevant agencies, the following design plan was finally adopted.

The bottom of the floor slab is pasted with carbon fiber cloth, and the bottom of the beam is pasted with U-shaped hoop reinforcement to increase the bending and shear resistance of the structure, and at the same time improve the strength, crack resistance and ductility of the structure.

Some beams and columns are strengthened by sticking steel plates to improve the strength, and achieve the effect of strengthening the structural members.
