This project is a commercial residential building project, and the concrete project is commercial concrete. Due to shrinkage of concrete and uneven load, some cracks on the bottom slab are caused. The cracked floor is strengthened with carbon fiber fabric.


According to the requirement, carbon fiber fabric is used to reinforce the cracked slab, but the following methods are needed to deal with the cracked floor before the CFRP is reinforced.


First, the ceiling should be photographed to ensure that the decoration is restored after repair.

Two, the rectification area should be covered with agricultural film to avoid pollution.

Three, remove the cement mortar leveling layer or coating layer around the crack.

Four, grinding and cleaning concrete for reinforcement.

Five, the parts of the concrete surface such as peeling, honeycomb, corrosion and other deterioration should be eliminated. For the inferior layer of large area, the polymer cement mortar can be used to repair it after removal.

Six, the location of cracks should be treated first if necessary.

Seven, with the concrete angle mill, grinding wheel (sand paper) and other tools to remove the concrete surface of the floating slurry, oil pollution and other impurities, the concrete of the base surface of the component should be grinded and leveled, especially the surface of the convex parts should be polished, the corner sticker should be treated by chamfering and grinding into a circular arc (R 10mm).

Eight, use the blower to clean the concrete surface and keep it dry. Repair the bottom part of the surface.


Material requirements

1) use high performance, high bonding strength epoxy adhesive for carbon fiber strengthening.

2) carbon fiber fabric is 300 grams / square meter, tensile strength is greater than or equal to 3500MPa.

3)  carbon fiber adhesive matching with carbon fiber fabric.


Construction process:

Construction preparation, scaffolding, surface treatment, preparation and painting of the bottom resin, making leveling material and repairing the unevenness at the unevenness, preparing and painting the impregnated tree, grease or paste resin, paste carbon fiber fabric, surface protection, recovery coating, ceiling, scaffolding and cleaning cleaning.
