6# building has been built comprehensive service building, the project is frame shear structure, I area is 2 floors above ground, II area is 3 floors above ground. Mainly for office, conference room. The reinforcement and reconstruction of this project mainly include structural seismic strengthening and reinforcement design for II area, with a life span of 30 years.

Construction plan

1.Externally bonded carbon fiber reinfroced polymer(CFRP) fabric

200g 200mm carbon fiber fabric; carbon fiber primer; carbon fiber leveling adhesive; carbon fiber adhesive

2.Post installed anchoring

injectable anchoring adhesive; HRB335 steel

3.Wall double-sided reinforcing bar net -- mortar surface engineering

(4mm150*150) fine spot welding of reinforcing bar mesh, HPB235 Ф6 steel bar, HRB335 12 steel bar, binding wire, welding rod and M10 cement mortar.

4.Reinforcement engineering

HPB235, HRB335 steel bar, fire wire, mortar block and supporting iron piece.
