The repair plan for the side wall of the drain hole in the design plan is as follows. The old concrete on the surface was chiseled to 20cm, the mortar bolts were implanted, the crack-resistant steel bars were laid on the surface layer, the interface glue was sprayed, the surface layer of high-strength concrete was poured with a thickness of 20cm, and the surface layer was painted with epoxy mortar with a thickness of 10mm.


The mortar bolt used in the repair of the overflow section of this project has obvious advantages such as easy installation and low cost, but it also has disadvantages such as long construction period and poor anti-disturbance ability. Wanjiazhai Water Conservancy Project has a tight construction period and heavy task, so it is very necessary to adopt a bolt construction method with convenient construction, fast colloid solidification and strong anti-disturbance ability for this construction project. This paper introduces the characteristics and construction technology of epoxy resin planting reinforcement, and through the on-site bolt pullout force test, it is verified that it has reliable bonding ability. Compared with the traditional mortar anchor, the epoxy resin anchor has greatly improved the construction efficiency and guaranteed the construction period.


The resin anchor uses a new type of glue gun to inject epoxy resin planting glue, and then the epoxy resin planting glue is injected into the bolt hole, and finally the threaded steel bar is inserted. After 24 hours, the resin bolt can reach the designed pullout resistance requirement (≥40kN), which can significantly improve the construction progress under the condition of quality assurance.


The anti-abrasion repair project of Wanjiazhai Water Control Project has the characteristics of short construction period and heavy tasks, while the construction efficiency of the mortar bolt used in the repair of the overflow section is low, which seriously affects the progress of the project. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes to use epoxy resin planting glue instead of mortar as the bonding material for bolt construction. From the construction effect on site, the epoxy resin anchoring reinforcement adhesive is convenient for construction, good in bonding effect, high in construction efficiency and obvious in progress, and can be further popularized and used in the project.
