On June 26, 2025, the Green Low-Carbon Product & Technology Exhibition Hall of East China Architectural Design & Research Institute (ECADI) was officially inaugurated at the North Tower of Shanghai Expo Riverside Building. Themed "Innovating Green Materials, Shaping the Future of Architecture," the event attracted over a hundred industry elites, including academicians from the Chinese Academy of Engineering, nationally renowned design masters, industry association experts, and corporate representatives.  

Authority-Led Discussions on the Future of Green Architecture  

The unveiling ceremony was hosted by Yang Ming, ECADI’s Chief Architect. Long Ge, Deputy Party Secretary of Huajian Group, Cui Minghua, President of the Shanghai Green Building Council, and Lü Yafan, Executive Deputy Secretary-General of the Shanghai Architectural Society, delivered speeches exploring the development of green architecture from policy, industry trends, and other perspectives. During the thematic session, Zheng Bing, ECADI’s Deputy General Manager, introduced the exhibition hall’s construction journey, while Wang Xia’an, a National Engineering Survey & Design Master and ECADI’s Chief Architect, shared insights on the hall’s innovative design philosophy.
