Production Process
HORSE uses high-quality raw materials and is equipped with 9 advanced reinforcement material production lines, including 5 German-imported Dornier smart carbon fiber cloth professional looms and a number of independently developed supporting equipment and processes.
The annual production capacity is 5 million square meters of carbon fiber cloth and 6,000 tons of epoxy structural adhesive. The daily storage of carbon fiber cloth is not less than 100,000 square meters, and the epoxy structural adhesive is not less than 50 tons.
All products have gone through 30 processes, 4 layers of self-inspection and 3 layers of re-inspection. The product quality exceeds the national inspection standards, and the re-inspection pass rate is 100%.
