How to Repair Cracks on Concrete Floor Slab?

Use crack injection adhesive to repair cracks, prevent rapid development of cracks, and then use carbon fiber bonding to limit cracks, improve strength, and enhance the load-bearing capacity of the floor slab.

In the apartment, when we stood indoors and observed our roof, we found that there were serious cracks on the surface of our indoor roof. After inspection, these cracks were what we call cracks in the structural floor of the ground.

Reason for cracking: Cracking of the floor slab caused by excessive load.

This situation usually occurs after decoration. And it is generally caused by excessive load. For example, during home renovation, a large amount of cement, sand, ceramic tiles, and other materials are piled up in a room, which ultimately leads to the floor of the room being subjected to more force than its load requirements, resulting in cracking.

The cracks in the floor slab can reach 2mm or 3mm, and some are even permeable cracks that can be seen from above. For example, when we pour water along the cracks upstairs, and then water flows quickly down the cracks, these are all permeable cracks. Another situation is that cracks can show the steel bars.

Solution: Use crack injection adhesive to repair cracks, prevent rapid development of cracks, and then use carbon fiber bonding to limit cracks, improve strength, and enhance the load-bearing capacity of the floor slab.
