Structural Reinforcement of Historic Monuments

The main project has just completed the inspection and found that the concrete strength is low. The original design drawings required C30, and most components such as beams, columns, and slabs were measured on site to be around C15, requiring reinforcement treatment.

This project consists of 11 buildings, all of which are reinforced concrete frame structures, with a total construction area of approximately 5000 square meters. The main project has just completed the inspection and found that the concrete strength is low. The original design drawings required C30, and most components such as beams, columns, and slabs were measured on site to be around C15, requiring reinforcement treatment.


The beam column reinforcement part is poured with high-strength grouting material, and we have adopted the following methods:

1. For columns with excessively high vertical height, the method of inserting pipes from bottom to top layered construction is adopted to prevent segregation;

2. Due to the high pouring temperature of high-strength materials, methods such as watering and film packaging are used for curing and cooling


Beam adhesive steel

The original concrete beam foundation surface is uneven, with low strength, increased polishing work, and the need for threaded rod construction.

Floor bonding steel

The floor surface is rough and the concrete surface is uneven. In order to ensure quality, excessive amount of adhesive is used, and it is also necessary to apply the adhesive to the threaded bolts

Enlarged beams and columns

This project involves a significant increase in cross-sectional work, with most of it being cylindrical construction. Single cylindrical columns have a relatively high cross-sectional area (approximately 15-20 meters). The vertical deviation of the original column is too large, which requires high woodworking technology and makes it difficult to adjust the deviation; High strength grouting is used for concrete
