Building Structural Reinforcement

Built in the 1990s, the building is an 8-story frame structure with a total area of over 18,000 square meters. The building is used for office and residence;

The building has been in use for nearly 30 years. After inspection by the housing appraisal agency, it was found that the building had problems such as corrosion of steel bars and spalling of concrete, and the overall structural bearing capacity did not meet the safe use.

At the request of the entrusting party, our company strengthens the components of the building that do not meet the bearing requirements, not only to eliminate the current safety hazards, but also to meet the subsequent use requirements.

In view of the potential safety hazards of the house structure and combined with the subsequent use requirements, the main contents of this customs building structural reinforcement include:

1. For the partial frame columns of the 1st to 3rd floors and the individual frame columns of the 4th floor whose bearing capacity does not meet the requirements, the section of the column shall be reinforced by the method of wrapping steel;

2. For some special-shaped columns on the 4th to 7th floors whose seismic performance does not meet the requirements in the joint domain, the joints shall be reinforced by the method of encasing steel;

3. For the frame beams and slabs of 2-3 layers whose bearing capacity does not meet the requirements and the concrete bursts, adopt the reinforcement method of pasting carbon fiber cloth;

4. The frame beams on the 4th to 7th floors that do not meet the requirements of shear bearing capacity are reinforced by the replacement method, that is, the component is supported by section steel, and the concrete and steel bars of the component are replaced and reinforced after unloading from the reverse top of the jack;

5. Use replacement reinforcement for columns with severely corroded steel bars;
