Carbon Fiber Reinforced Concrete Floor Cracks

Due to local cracks in the roof of the project, the beam cracks are non-stress cracks, but the occurrence of floor cracks affects the integrity and durability of the structure. For this reason, the cracked floor is reinforced with carbon fiber.

The building is a residential construction project with cast-in-place reinforced concrete shear wall structure. Building 31#, 38#, 39#, 40# has 11 floors above the ground, frame shear wall structure, 35# building, 41# building is a six-story brick-concrete structure. Due to local cracks in the roof of the project, the beam cracks are non-stress cracks, but the occurrence of floor cracks affects the integrity and durability of the structure. For this reason, the cracked floor is reinforced with carbon fiber.
