The project is located in Orange Island Park in Changsha. The original Tianlun Paper Mill has two factory buildings, 7.5 meters apart, the structure form and building size are the same, brick-concrete structure, two floors above ground, the first floor is cast-in-place reinforced concrete beam-slab structure, the top floor is prefabricated reinforced concrete beam-slab structure, workshop wall is load-bearing wall.


Tianlun Paper Mill has been in operation for decades. According to the owner's requirement, the function of the original plant has been changed: the original paper mill has been changed into an exhibition hall. As the old plant is old and changed the function of the original structure, it needs reinforcement.


According to the characteristics of the project, the method of increasing the floor area is adopted for the independent foundation of the workshop. The buttress column adopts concrete encircling method. The inner wall is paved with wire mesh. The two main beam is enlarged section method. The two layer and the roof slab were bonded with carbon fiber reinforced polymer wrap. The main beam of the roof is bonded with carbon fiber composite material. Concrete block method is used to break the brick column. The upper and lower ends of the doors and windows are provided with beams. Crack grouting method is adopted in Liang Banzhu fissure. Reinforcing steel bar is reinforced by high strength cement mortar.
