And the commercial area has changed from 3762.89, 7031.94 to 5717.88, 14078.38, and the business area has increased, but the housing has been cancelled.

In May 13, 1993, a huge fire almost killed the mall; in September 22, 2014, another fire was saved in time to avoid greater losses. Coupled with the great development of the main urban areas in recent years, the Wanshou Palace mall is out of tune with the surrounding environment, eliminating safety hazards and promoting transformation and upgrading.


In order to protect the surrounding historical and cultural buildings from damage, and to better eliminate the hidden danger of the Wanshou Palace, the designer stipulates that the beam, slab and column are filled with carbon fiber fabric to improve the load and improve the stress state of the structure.
