Carbon fiber strengthening process

The beam bottom is affixed with 2 layers of 200 wide carbon fiber fabric. The U-shaped hoops adopt 100 wide spacing and 200 equal distribution, and the top is pressed with a layer of 100 wide carbon fiber fabric battens.


Smooth the surface of the concrete with an angle grinder, clean the surface with a blower, apply carbon fiber glue, paste high-strength carbon fiber cloth according to the cross-section of the beam, clean the surface with a scraper until there is no empty drum and air bubbles


Construction Notes

1. Keep the concrete surface dry. The

Surface protection

After the end of construction acceptance, use 1:2 cement mortar for surface protection
