Project overview

The project includes 3# building, 4# building, 5# building, 6# building, 8# building, 9# building, 16# building, 17# building and underground garage. The residential buildings are 1 floors underground, 26~28 layer on the ground, shear wall structure, building height of about 85.1 meters; underground garage is 1 floors underground, frame structure, the height of 3.7 meters. The seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees. The total building area is about 140 thousand square meters.

The engineering building design is equivalent to 0 94.40m, which is equivalent to the the Yellow Sea elevation. Shear walls are used for high-rise buildings, and tubular piles are used for foundations.

In order to facilitate the unified guidance for the construction of CFRP reinforcement, six floors and seven floors of 3# building are needed to be compiled.


The part that needs to be reinforced

The six floor structure of the reinforcement position in the 3# building is 18.560 floor elevation, the 1--17 axis turns to the A--1/M axis, the seven layer structure is elevation of the 21.660 floor, the local position on the F axis --J axis of the 5 axis --7 axis, the --K axis of the F axis on the 13 axis --14 axis, the 16 axis --17 axis to the G axis --K axis, and the 15 Axis axis.

According to the actual condition of the construction site and the reinforced concrete, the construction measures and the construction plan are worked out.

Make preparations for the carbon fiber cloth, resin and machine tools before construction.
